The document formatter allows us to load documents into the application that do not have an adequate representation for someone without technical knowledge and format the information so that it is understandable by the application users.
The formatter facilitates communication with the user and the adoption of documents that are not easy to use by the majority of the population.
The documents that are supported by the formatter are the following:
JSON document to PDF, XML by using templates.
PDF documents to SVG. (limited).

The Document Box offers the display of all common documents and offers the ability to interact with them.
It can be signed using the autograph signature or the ``Click and Sign`` type.
Shows the list of signatories and their participation in the process.
Evidence of signature of a document within the keydok platform.
Verification of the following signer.

Document loader
This block is responsible for uploading documents to the client’s repositories and subsequently associating a process that includes participants, notifications and signatures.
The document loader allows you to associate essential information to a document, create a process to notify those involved with the document and request some type of interaction. In the event that the document requires signatures, these will be valid before the law and will allow them to be used as official documentation with the same level of validity as a handwritten signature.

Document list
Document List is the counterpart of the Document Loader, it allows those involved with the document to perform some action on the document, from simply consulting the document to making officially valid and certified signatures before the corresponding authorities.
The Document List allows you to consult the documents in which you are involved, allows you to review the document and, if necessary, allows you to perform a simple approval action (Click & Sign) or perform an official signature (Draw & Sign).
